American Frog Day – Ticket Disclaimer & Code of Conduct By purchasing or using a ticket to attend American Frog Day, you agree to abide by the following terms and standards of conduct:

Respectful Behavior: All attendees, vendors, volunteers, and guests are expected to act respectfully toward others at all times. Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

Zero Tolerance for Misconduct: The event reserves the right to deny entry or remove anyone engaging in inappropriate, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior.

Banned Individuals: Any individual who has been banned from the Western Amphibian & Terrarium Society (WATS) is not permitted to attend or participate in American Frog Day in any capacity. Attempts to attend despite a ban will result in immediate removal.

Event Rights: American Frog Day and Western Amphibian & Terrarium Society reserve the right to refuse service, entry, or continued participation to anyone whose actions are deemed inappropriate or disruptive to the event’s mission, atmosphere, or community. By attending, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. Our goal is to ensure a safe, welcoming, and positive experience for all attendees, vendors, and guests.
